As the first adhesives producer worldwide, Casco Adhesives launched the separate melamine urea glue system in 1999. This development makes it possible to use very fast MUF/MF systems with a curing time of down to 1h at 20°C. With the separate application technology the glue system has even a better handling than 1-component-systems. The range of use of the different Casco Adhesives glue systems is not limited.

Beside high speed glue systems for RF-presses and fast curing MF/MUF systems for cold presses Casco Adhesives offers systems with long assembly times and high filling properties. Depending on the set-up of the Duo-, Trio Beam production line and the markets where the Beams are produced, a most effective glue system in combination with the specific mixing and/or application equipment gives the highest bonding efficiency to our customers´ operation! Low glue spread, low tool wearing, fast curing and nearly no glue waste are some of the features of the Casco Adhesives glue systems.
