In recent years, Casco Adhesives has developed some excellent products for the fabrication of Internal Doors where within the requirement, is to stand up to the rough and tumble of daily use, is probably one of the hardest to meet in the wood working industry, construction industry. These doors are sold both direct to the home builders and unusually, more and more, through the trade outlets. This has led to the company enjoying a position of market leader in some countries and has the potential to secure the number one spot world wide for supply of adhesive systems to the door industry.

These new products have a dual purpose as they are also widely used in the fabrication of Board on Frame applications within the furniture industry.

Excluding solid doors, most internal doors are produced using some method of Board on Frame construction where the requirement is for flexible systems offering long open times and short press times.  Casco Adhesives has both UF and Dispersion adhesive systems that are used in the production of doors in many countries world wide.
