High performace glue systems based on EPI and Phenol-Resorcinol meets all requirements.

As the first adhesives producer worldwide, Casco Adhesives launched the first separate Phenol-Resorcinol Glue system in the 70ies. This development makes it possible to use very fast PRF systems with very short curing times in RF presses as well as in heated presses. Special developed EPI system achieve best bonding results on Wood Species as spruce, pine, cedar, fir etc in short pressing times. The range of use of the different Casco Adhesives glue systems is not limited.

Depending on the set-up of the Posts production line a most effective glue system in combination with the specific mixing and/or application equipment gives the highest bonding efficiency to our customers´ operation! Low glue spread, low tool wearing, fast curing and nearly no glue waste are some of the features of the Casco Adhesives glue systems.
