For an effective production process the prepare and application of the gluing systems is as important as the whole flow in the Post plant. To guarantee a short pressing time custom made application technology is a must. By using Ribbon applicators with small cooled daytanks with automatic filling device the glue waste will be reduced to a minimum. Additional to a wide range of application equipment as the EPI Ribbon Spreader Casco Adhesives provides machines for mixing glue systems, monitoring the curing process and secure the bonding operation. All machines are developed and produced in our own Machine Department to meet the customer requirements and also to fulfil the glue specific demands.
