For veneering we offer a wide range of different hardeners for our UF two component systems. We also got one component PVAc systems for veneering that gives a very hard glue line. There is always a product from Casco Adhesives that will fulfil the demands that any customer could have when it comes to productivity, fire resistant, press temperature, press time, hard to glue wood spices, demands on low formaldehyde emission. (We got systems to reach F****)

Example of UF-hardeners suitable for veneering:

• 1274/2501 is a very fast system, app-30 sec @ 90˚C with 1274.

• 1274/2509 has been developed especially for birch, app-60sec pressing time @ 90˚C.

• 1206/2581= Medium fast system app-75sec pressing time, 0,6 mm veneer@ 90˚C.

• 1206 -1274/2553= is a product for hard to glue wood spices as smoked oak, different hardwood, birch.
