INDIVIDUAL MIXING SYSTEM

FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PARTICLEBOARDS

The CASCO IMS 4700 is an advanced chemicals mixing system for particleboard production. The system suits both old and new plants. All required chemicals for particleboard production are separately dosed via individual dosing pumps and flow meters into face and core chips. This gives high performance and perfect ratios between all the added components. The components are blended and mixed in a static mixer directly before the glue blender.

The CASCO IMS 4700 is suitable for all kind of amino resins and catchers to meet E-1 production standards.
