Casco Board Systems develops and produces PF resins for Plywood production in Scandinavia. Our resins are offered with support from our
Technical Service.

Hardener

To accomplish our resins we supply hardeners to be mixed in the resin. The mixture is individually adapted by our Technical Service for
each customer, in order to optimize the plywood production process.

Glue mixer

Casco Board Systems offers an automatic glue mixer, BMS 4700. Compared to traditional manual mixers, the BMS 4700
normally give a superior quality of the glue mix and saves labour cost at the same time.

Formaldehyde emission

Plywood produced with our PF resin systems has shown to fulfil the most demanding regulatory standards for formaldehyde
emission e.g. the Japanese F**** standard.

BATCH MIXING SYSTEM

FOR PRODUCTION OF PLYWOOD

The CASCO BMS 4700 is a batch mixing system for plywood production. The system
suits both old and new plants. All the added chemicals liquid/powder is automatic
loaded into the high-speed mixer.

The CASCO BMS 4700 is suitable for all kind of amino/phenol resins to meet
 high quality production standards.
